However, Anna Elleouet cannot be held responsible for any errors that may have occurred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-central-palette-7-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Article 4 - Pricing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The prices presented on this website are indicated in euros (\u20ac) not subject to VAT, and are valid at the time of the order, subject to a possible error.<br>These prices do not include shipping costs, calculated according to the weight of the shipment and the geographical area of shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-central-palette-7-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Article 5 - Order<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Via the website <a href=\"https:\/\/annaelleouet.fr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">annaelleouet.fr<\/a> by clicking on the button <em>\"Proceed to checkout\"<\/em>, the buyer is redirected to the site's payment page, which uses the Stripe service, from which he\/she can validate his\/her order. The order is then confirmed by Anna Elleouet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-central-palette-7-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Article 6 - Payment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment for purchases is made by credit card via the site's online payment page secured by Stripe. This service allows the buyer to proceed to the payment of his order and thus to validate it.<br>The products remain the property of Anna Elleouet until full payment is received from the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-central-palette-7-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Article 7 - Availability<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The statement <em>\"Out of stock\"<\/em> is generally indicated for works that are unavailable. However, in the event that a product is unavailable after the order has been placed, Anna Elleouet will inform the purchaser by e-mail of the unavailability of the product ordered. If payment has already been made, Anna Elleouet will refund the unavailable product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-central-palette-7-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Article 8 - Delivery<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated in the order. They will be shipped via La Poste.<br>Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary according to the characteristics of the products or events beyond our control. Anna Elleouet shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to events beyond its control, such as delays caused by transport (the date of deposit of the packages with the carrier being taken as proof). No compensation will be granted.<br>The average delivery times indicated below concern working days and are calculated from the validation of the order and its payment:<br>- Metropolitan France: 2 to 10 days<br>- Abroad (except DOM-TOM): from 4 to 20 days<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-central-palette-7-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Article 9 - Right of withdrawal<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the various provisions of the french Consumer Code (article L.121-20), the buyer has 7 clear days from the delivery of the product to return it for an exchange or refund, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. The cost of return and reshipment in case of exchange will be charged to the customer, except if the product delivered does not correspond to the initial order. In this case, Anna Elleouet undertakes to exchange the product, within the limits of available stocks, or to reimburse the customer for the full amount paid as soon as possible and no later than thirty days after the date on which this right was exercised.<br>Any returned product that does not conform will be refused. Shipments \"carriage paid by the recipient\" or cash on delivery will be refused. In case of abnormal or abusive returns, Anna Elleouet reserves the right to refuse a subsequent order. In the same way as for the abusive refusal of a cash on delivery, the return transport and packaging costs will be invoiced to the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-central-palette-7-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Article 10 - Right of access, rectification and opposition<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The information collected is necessary to process the order and to send subsequent documentation from Anna Elleouet.<br>In accordance with the law of 06.01.1978 known as \"Data-processing and Freedom\", the buyer has the right to access and rectify data concerning him\/her at any time.
